We’re proud to see Satara pieces featured in Eclectic Escape, a beautifully reimagined holiday home on the Central Coast of New South Wales, designed by Three Birds Renovations. Once a much-loved family retreat, the home required a thoughtful transformation after storm damage and years of wear, with the brief to create a relaxed, functional space for summer living and entertaining. The result is a fresh coastal sanctuary where considered design and effortless comfort come together, a setting perfectly complemented by Satara furniture, made for slow days and easy gatherings by the sea.

Designed as a true escape, the home was transformed into a relaxed summer retreat made for sandy feet, slow afternoons and effortless entertaining. The layout was opened to create a seamless indoor–outdoor living space, with an extended deck and a dedicated backyard zone for gathering, complete with a bar, firepit and generous storage. Finished in a striking dark grey exterior with crisp white detailing, the result is a fresh coastal setting that invites long lunches, sunset drinks and family time, an ideal backdrop for Satara’s relaxed luxury living.

Inside, the design embraces warmth, personality and thoughtful detail. The open living and dining spaces are anchored by the Osten Dining Table paired with Vela Benches in black, creating a considered setting for everyday meals and long summer gatherings. A once-unused entry space has been reimagined as a built-in daybed with integrated storage, a relaxed spot for daytime lounging and an easy solution for overnight guests. In the sitting area, Heron Lounge Chairs are styled with the Lina Side Table, forming an inviting corner for quiet moments and conversation.

The kitchen was refreshed with striking green onyx benchtops and soft, creamy cabinetry, with understated joinery elevated through considered hardware and layered lighting to add depth and character. Finishing touches, including the Ibiza Rope Side Table, add texture and a relaxed coastal note. Each bedroom is immersed in its own distinctive hue, creating a playful yet nostalgic atmosphere that feels both curated and personal.

The finished home is a place that instantly invites you to slow down, shoes off, doors open, summer mode on. Sun-washed, eclectic and designed for easy living, the outdoor setting is styled with the Alessia Lounge Chairs, paired with the Billie Side Table and Masa Bar Trolley to create an effortless space for sunset drinks and relaxed gatherings.
