Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of customer service and showroom presentation.
Report on Sales Performance and Business Development activities.
Contribute ideas to the Head Office team on marketing campaigns, product development and business improvement initiatives.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and motivate a team in a dynamic showroom environment.
Client-Focused: A track record of successful business development and client relationship management, with a focus on retention and growth with a diverse range of clients at all levels.
Exceptional Communication skills that enable you to build rapport with clients as you understand their business needs and provide long term solutions that enable success for all parties.
Industry Experience: A relevant Tertiary Qualification and at least 4 years of relevant sales and business development experience in a fast growing SME business and a passionate interest in the interior design/furniture industry.
Multitasking Ability: Efficient in handling various responsibilities while maintaining high service standards.
Effective Communication: Showcase impeccable verbal and written communication skills, supported by computer literacy.
