We use Toll Ipec to ship our homewares products Nationally. Toll Ipec provide a track and trace facility so we can track the location of goods once they leave our warehouse until they are recived by the customer. Our items are shipped from Melbourne and typically take between 2 and 5 business days depending on your location.

Due to the value of our furniture items and solid construction they are not typically flatpacked (except some timber items that come with legs removed). To protect the furniture and ensure it arrives in it's intended state we utilise experienced furniture freight companies to transport all furniture. To ensure costs are minimised the furniture is typically delivered by the driver who may require assiatnce with heavy items. Furniture deliveries are to the ground floor of your building.
